Today I got to refine my digital portfolio and other content done over the past four weeks.
In particular, I re-edited the video I had done for 'The Christians' Tik Tok account. I changed some of the text format and effect to make it clear. I've changed some messages to match the selling point better. The selling point is to advertise the Liverpool Philharmonic Venue and the location of the live performance.
Overall, I am happy with the result and am currently on the 'The Christians' Tik Tok page. My classmates and I worked together to gain more traffic to help build the post.
I emailed the band's agent and hope she likes the video I posted. Either way, it has been a great start to pushing forward in getting my creative content out there. It shows I have had some experience in content-creating for a Social Media Platform. Also, editing skills are now on my skillset and will progress. It will help me in searching for future job roles.
I received feedback quite quickly meant I needed to edit further.
The fact the 'The Christians' are special guests for the band 'Level 42.' The advertisement has to be clear that 'The Christians' were special guests for their tour around the country.
This teaches me the skills necessary because edits and changes happen a lot within the world of digital marketing. Being flexible and adaptable and a team player will go a long way.
